I've spent over twenty years guiding organizations through digital transformation, product strategy, and large-scale change. I've built things. Fixed things. Led teams through complexity and chaos.

But I also know the inner office. The quiet place where old patterns shape today's decisions. Where imprints laid down years ago still influence how you lead. Where the child you were still whispers to the leader you've become.

I'm a Principal Product Strategist, certified executive and spiritual coach, Course in Miracles minister, and practitioner of inner child and imprint healing. My work draws from indigenous spiritual traditions, Christian mysticism, and ancestral healing. I walk both paths. The external world of results. The internal world of truth.

I don't coach you to perform better while burning out.

Carrying entire teams, families, and organizations on their backs because that's what they've always done. They've mastered the art of performing, producing, and providing. But somewhere along the way, they lost connection to who they actually are.

That's where my work begins. I help leaders uncover the emotional imprints laid down years ago. The ones still shaping how they:

The private space inside you where your fears, wounds, beliefs, and patterns quietly run the show. If that office is full of survival roles, your leadership will reflect it. If that office is grounded in self-trust and truth, your leadership will reflect that too. This work is about cleaning out that inner office. Reorganizing it. Reclaiming your authority inside it. So leadership stops being something you perform and becomes something you embody.
